What are the startup costs and what do they include?

Get started for $129,915 – $186,140. This investment includes our $39,900 initial franchise fee for one territory and other estimated costs such as 3rd party professional fees, insurance, and three months of working capital. You can choose to buy or lease your service vehicle.

Financial Requirements:

Liquid Capital : $125k. We have funding partners to help provide resources such as a 401k rollover or equipment leasing.

Are power washing businesses profitable?

That is up to you! We provide a detailed Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19, in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be useful to help you evaluate the revenue potential for your Rolling Suds power washing franchise.

Can I run this from my home? Is this a mobile business?

Yes and yes. To start, you can work from your home office as long as you have adequate storage of approximately 700 square feet and a secure place to park your service vehicle(s) overnight. You will drive your truck to all job sites, both residential and commercial.

How long does it take to launch?

Not long! Get rolling in 60 days! As soon as you finish the pre-opening steps and complete the initial training program you can get on the road and have your crews performing power washing services.

Do I have to be an owner-operator?

Yes, we want our owners to be actively involved. Some may hire a general manager to oversee day-to-day operations, while owners focus on marketing, business development, and management.

Can I own more than one territory?

Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple territories, but we do have a cap on how many territories you can start with. We want to franchise responsibly, vs. grow rapidly. That is what makes us different and why our mission is “this is a relationship”. We care about your success first. The average size of one territory is between 225,000 – 275,000.

How many employees are needed to operate the business?

You will be actively involved in the business day-to-day, but this is as an executive model. We make sure you hire at least two employees before you go to training who will do the power washing for you! This way, you can just focus on what’s important: growing the business.

I already own another business, can I add this on and offer that service to my customers?

Absolutely! We love bringing on existing business owners! Rolling Suds could be a great complimentary business to many types of businesses!
