Aaron T. Harper
CEO
Aaron Harper, CEO of Rolling Suds Power Washing, is an expert in building relationships and developing brands. He learned management skills and how to build strong relationships while working in the film and television industry in Hollywood.
Aaron got his franchising career started as a Franchise Development Director for Chem-Dry. When Belfor Franchise Group acquired Chem-Dry, Aaron was promoted to the role of Senior Director of Franchise Development where he oversaw part of the franchise development team for Chem-Dry and did franchise development for The Patch Boys. In that role he was integral in rebuilding the infrastructure for training, marketing, and ongoing support for franchisees. During his tenure at Belfor Franchise Group, he personally sold and helped open over 400 territories across two brands in just a few short years.
Most recently, Aaron stepped out on his own to become the franchisor for a successful power washing business, Rolling Suds. In this role, Aaron is responsible for building and managing the franchise system by providing world
class support to franchisees across the country.
He resides in Tennessee with his wife, 2 kids and his golden retriever, Asher. When he’s not building franchise systems by hundreds of units, he’s competing in triathlons across the USA and serving his community in Nashville.
Brian Wendling Sr.
President
Brian Wendling Sr. is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the power washing industry. At the young age of 23, he founded Rolling Suds Mobile Power Washing Inc., starting out of his parents’ house with just one truck and a single power washing machine. Over the years, Brian’s hard work and dedication, along with his commitment to customer service, helped his business grow into a top-rated residential and commercial power washing company.
With Brian’s leadership and innovative ideas, Rolling Suds continued to expand, and in 2021 he purchased the building where the company is currently located. The same year, he also decided to take the business to the next level by franchising it. This allowed him to share his Professional Wash Method with other entrepreneurs seeking the level of success he has achieved. Today, Rolling Suds is a leader in the power washing industry with over 30 employees, 23 trucks, and a reputation for excellence.
Brian’s success is not just limited to business, as he is also a devoted family man. He and his wife Marybeth are proud parents of two successful sons, one of whom has joined the Rolling Suds team. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and relaxing at his Bayfront home in Ocean City, New Jersey. Brian’s values of hard work, innovation, and family are evident in everything he does, making him a true leader in his industry and an inspiration to others.
Brian Wendling Jr.
Vice President
Brian Wendling Jr. is a true entrepreneur who has made his mark on the power washing industry. Growing up in and around the Rolling Suds, he was inspired by his parents’ hard work and dedication to their business. It wasn’t long before he realized that he wanted to follow in their footsteps and be an entrepreneur himself.
After graduating from college, Brian had no interest in working for someone else. Instead, he decided to give back to his parents and the business that had given him so much. He took over
the reins of Rolling Suds in 2015 and since then, he has more than doubled the size of the business.
What sets Brian apart is his strong desire to help other families succeed. Together with his father, he decided to franchise the Rolling Suds business to help other entrepreneurs achieve the same success he has had. He believes that by doing so, Rolling Suds can become the biggest power washing company in the world.
Aside from his work, Brian is a loving fiancé to his soon-to-be wife Gabriella. They are set to be married at the end of the year and are looking forward to building a life together. When he’s not busy running the business, Brian enjoys working out and trying out new restaurants. He also likes spending time at his family’s house on the Jersey Shore, soaking up the sun and enjoying quality time with his loved ones.
Chris Satterfield
Sr. VP of Operations
Originally hailing from the vibrant city of Scottsboro, AL, Chris has an inquisitive nature and a lifelong love for knowledge since childhood. Having graduated from North Jackson High School and later pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, Chris’s academic journey laid the groundwork for his expertise in management and leadership.
Currently, Chris proudly holds the position of Sr. VP of Operations at Rolling Suds Franchise, contributing extensive experience and valuable insights to foster the company’s growth and success. Prior to this, Chris held leadership positions at Loves Travel Stops. A 17-year tenure in the US Army Special Operations further adds to his background, showcasing his pivotal roles in leadership. Beyond the professional realm, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for football during his free time.
Prue Lotharius
Director of Marketing
Prue Lotharius is a highly experienced marketing professional with over 20 years of experience developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies that optimize start-up, growth, and new business development.
Prior to joining Rolling Suds as our Director of Marketing, Prue worked for multiple Fortune 200 companies, where she led corporate rebranding strategies and executed nationwide product launches. In her most recent role, she was a successful franchisee nearly tripling sales in two years by leveraging focused marketing efforts, targeted sales approaches, doubling the territory size, and successfully changing the business model focus from B2C to B2B.
Outside of work, Prue stays current on marketing and AI trends, enjoys spending time with her two daughters, camping, listening to music, and reading. With her wealth of experience and passion for marketing, Prue is a valuable addition to our team!
Ryan McCarthy
Operations Coordinators
Ryan McCarthy is the Operations Coordinator at Rolling Suds, where he brings his extensive experience in supply chain and logistics to the team. With a background that includes roles at Walgreens and United Airlines, Ryan has developed strong skills in managing complex processes and coordinating logistics at scale.
In his current role at Rolling Suds, Ryan is leveraging these skills to help launch new franchisees and support the ongoing success of existing ones. His dedication to excellence and commitment to teamwork make him a valuable member of the Rolling Suds family.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, traveling, cooking, and music production. He is also an avid hiker, often taking his dog Bella along for the adventure. Ryan is thrilled to be a part of the Rolling Suds team and is looking forward to helping the company achieve its ambitious goals.
Alexandra Rupe
Marketing Associate
Alexandra was born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, where her passion for storytelling and creativity flourished from an early age. Her journey led her to pursue a degree in business and marketing from the University of Minnesota.
Soon after graduation, Alexandra and her husband ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, building an HVAC business from the ground up. With the invaluable experience gained from supporting her husband’s venture, Alexandra embarked on her own path, creating an event planning business. She turned her passion into a thriving business known for its outstanding reputation!
Now, Alexandra brings her wealth of experience and business awareness to the Rolling Suds team. Thrilled to be part of the journey, she is dedicated to empowering fellow entrepreneurs, assisting them in starting their own businesses, and strategizing the best marketing plans for success.
